Institutional Abuse

Cases involving serious injuries or abuse at schools, daycares, camps, behavioral health facilities, colleges, universities, workplaces, and other businesses or institutions that failed to protect, supervise, intervene, or respond appropriately.

Sexual Assault​

Cases involving sexual assault by people in authority, in Uber or Lyft rideshares, by caregivers, staff members, or peers, including child-on-child or patient-on-patient abuse, as well as cases involving serial predators or rapists.

Sex Trafficking

Human trafficking cases involving commercial sexual exploitation of adults or children through force, coercion, manipulation, threats, or abuse of vulnerability, including businesses or institutions that enabled, ignored, or failed to stop the trafficking.
